The consultant developed a comprehensive Master Plan that consisted of components categorized under five thematic areas;

- vocationalisation of teacher education and training, research and innovation,
- Environmentally friendly infrastructure,
- Institutional growth

- An Inception Report with a detailed approach and methodology for undertaking the assignment.
- A report detailing documentary review, stakeholder engagement, and benchmarking
- Draft Master Plan and implementation plan
- A final Master plan and Costed Implementation plan as well as the report incorporating feedback and comments from the stakeholders with a compliance checklist
